Upgraded Torque Converters

All of our torque converters are professionally rebuilt and include:

• Torque Converter Balancing – To assure no vibration or balancing issues which can cause metal fatigue, efficiency loss, and early torque converter failure
• Furnace Brazing – The brazing process laminates the turbine and impeller, effectively making your converter one piece with no weak link to cause a failure, unlike hand-welded units.
• Hardened turbine splines and Reinforcement – An Extra metal reinforcement plate is added to the OEM Converter to prevent ballooning in the most extreme conditions.
• Redesigned Performance Stator – Giving you the maximum torque multiplication possible.
• Triple Disc Clutch Friction system – This friction disc system retains lockup for efficiency without durability issues to virtually eliminate slippage, which is one of the main causes of torque and transmission failure.
